I had my 2019 front door windows tinted to match the rears but now considering the rear glass as well. For those who've had it done, do you have any gaps or bubbles around the defroster element lines? Any problems?

I had every window in the truck done and looks great. Had the dealers aftermarket team do it just in case so they would be responsible. Did ceramic tint all around even windshield with clear ceramic and sunroofs. Keeps heat way down in FL. Defroster still works fast.

I've never had a problem with tinting over defroster lines in any of my vehicles. Go for it

I currently have 2 vehicles with tints over the rear defroster lines. No issues at all.

BTW, the rear doors and rear glass on the raptor are tinted via a dye in the glass from the factory BUT this dye does not reject heat or UV. So on my truck, not only did I tint the front doors but also did the rear doors and the rear glass.

ceramic tint is the way to go. I did all windows including sunroof and windshield with ceramic at 70%. Really cuts down on the heat, plus UV A/B filtering.
