Throttle body

Has any one replaced there throttle body? I see bbk has a 90 mm throttle body and was checking to see if anyone has tried it?

Similar to a carburetor but only has a butterfly, Idle Air Control Valve(IAC) and Throttle Position Sensor(TPS). The TPS sends the throttle position to the ECU. The ECU receives info from a number of other sensors and tells the coils and injectors when to fire. The IAC keeps idle steady when shifting from park, A/C is on etc.
