all i know is that the automotive shop that did the motor and performance upgrades said that the total cost was just under $500k and all the audio video was about $60k the truck was completely taken down to the frame but it was built twice though. the frst time he didnt like the motor so they swapped it out. so by the time we got it, it was on its second motor.

550k is a lot of cabbage, I don't care how much you got. I find it hard to believe considering the people That can afford that, would be spending it in different ways or, the vast majority - NOT spending it.

That said, it is definitely a lot of work in that ride!

You could buy a trophy truck for that much, literally....

Off-Road Racing Classifieds | RDC | Geiser Bros Jones Motorsports Trophy Truck.

I don't see 500k
the performance shop told us that the owner had a few changes during the build process so that counted for a bit of it. luckily the audio didnt change, that would have screwed us if it did. i know it was his second motor and quite a few parts were fabricated for the truck as well. after i did the audio i never saw it again but the other shop gave us a grand total. we all thought the guy was nuts, but hey $60k for our shop. not going to complain about that

I cant see $550,000.00 in that truck no mater how many motors he had for that thing.
I have a Classic custom Bronco and the motor was bored and stroked from a 302 to a 331, absolutely everything was replaced with high performance parts, the only thing that remains from the old motor is the block. Cost to have the motor done at an engine race shop around $10,000.00.

I can't see $550K, it just aint there. Maybe if he had a hand formed body and some fab'ed suspension, but there is a lot of "stock" there.

so here is what i encountered today. for all you audio people, its a sad day when a 13W7 dies.......
apparently the guy had a hard time getting this out of his other car and dropped the box from the trunk to the ground. a 55lb speaker in a 30lb box makes for a hard time moving by yourself........
