you had the 5.4L with your old one? how do you like the 6.2L?

I had the 5.4 yes. The 6.2 is great, I especially like the transmission mapping as opposed to the 5.4. The gear hunting, lagging and hard shifting is something I will NOT miss about my 5.4. Mike at 5Star did however do a great job tuning my 5.4 so I was always staying in a good usable RPM range for horsepower, so that made it better.

The 5.4 surprised the hell out of me with its ability to get up and go, but this 6.2 just has so much torque it seems you will continue to accelerate at any speed, low RPM, by just breathing on the gas pedal. Gears 1-2 from a stop just blow me away, this truck gets to 60 in a damn hurry.

Now with the MBRP installed, I can't seem to wipe the shit eating grin off my face.

MRBP exhaust makes the 6.2 sounds like it has a cam in it at idle.. And what impresses is when you just putt around it is relatively quiet until you mash the throttle.. :evil:
