Loaded the tune, drove 50km, do you guys notice 2 to 3 shift is much harder than all the others?

Down shift is SMOOTH AND FAST!

I'm a noobie here and just bought a '14 and am looking for a tune. I see the two big names are SVC and 5star. I see SVC is one tune no matter what you do, so I imagine if you drive conservative your mileage will increase from factory but if your heavy on the gas you get more response better shifts etc? The others have different tunes that need to be loaded up for Econ or perf.
I'm just trying to figure out which is better? Do they both perform fairly similar? I hate the shift points on my truck and find myself in manual shift mode often. I put on a lot of miles so like some extra mileage when traveling but really want the added performance while playing and would rather not be switching things around all the time if I don't need to. I normally run 93 octane.
I'm coming from a 12 lariat ecoboost that was quicker and snappier than this raptor and am looking to get some of that zip back! So, who has played with both or can tell me which will give me the best results?

Not me. I'm waiting to try the SVC 2.0 version, but the 1.0 shifts 2 to 3 are smooth as butter.

I should be getting version 2.0 today and I will report back on my findings

Still waiting for version 2.0 to be emailed to me as well. I thought I'd have it by Tuesday, but hopefully by this weekend. Hopefully it's a positive change.

Mine has to be the 2.0v ... put another 80km today, 2 to 3 shift very hard at cold start. When the tranny warms up, shift gets better. This happens only on 2 to 3, all the other gears shift butter smooth!

If you have the sct x3 with tunes from 5 star can you still buy and load svc tunes on the device?

Yes, that's what I have. You can load 10 tunes on the SCT.

Got mine 9/18 and plugged it in immediately.
Big difference over stock.
Throttle response is much better and the shifts are very smooth.
Very happy with this.
I would say this a must do mod.
