I had my Mikra Shock Conversion installed yesterday at TSW Offroad AZ. The Gen2 shocks were re-valved for better performance and I replaced the upper control arms, isolators, and stock Gen 1 springs. For the rear, I added the Gen 2 KHC shock mounts and am hoping to add deavers down the road. I've only driven on the freeway at this point, but the ride is significantly improved. I'm also sitting 1" higher all around vs, my stock Gen 1 setup on mid perch.

Congrats
Wow, an inch higher than mid perch WITH the conversion, huh?
See all these posts of just swapping the Gen2 stuff in w/o any conversion.
Have to believe that is far too high/tall.

Stock springs have been on Mid-Perch for 11 years and I have a winch/plate/steel cable so that may have contributed to sag over time. My tires are worn also and my front fender height is right at 42" and rear at 43" which is inline with where others have been post conversion.

Is it possible to do the same with the live valve shocks? Would be nice to use mostly factory parts to get live valve on a non live valve gen1 or gen2 although I know gen2 is already a go. Personally I think unless your racing the truck, having different modes outweighs having to set up for different terrains manually.
