haha lucky! Dealer has had mine since Friday, no word on pickup date yet!

I tried the customer service number provided in this thread the status changed to the 27th today. try it and see if you get to same date and i will try the svt number and see if they are still reporting the 4 day spread.

I called the customer service number 800-392-3673 and they had a end date of 9/27 but not an actual ETA? Oliver called from Ford Store in Morgan Hill said ETA 9/27, but that was to rail yard and a couple days later it will arrive from transport trucking company. I called SVT today they said truck is checked in with transport company and off the train, ETA 9/24-9/26. I seem to get the most info from SVT. Looks like I will plan for a Saturday pickup for my 3.5-4 hour drive.

Update on "Major's Drama."

My truck is in transit; currently in Moberly, Missouri and enroute to Louisburg Ford, Kansas. I "should" be able to pick it up Fri or Sat.
