No chance in hell it gets a DCT. The 10 speed is proven, and it's development is amortized.
I'm surprised Ford didn't swear off DCTs altogether after the Focus debacle.
They can make the 10R shift however quickly or slowly they want- it's all electronically controlled shifting. I'm sure it will shift faster than other F150s, you don't want to allow the same amount of slippage that you can allow (for smoother shifts) on weaker engines.
