Lol they could do a V8 if they wanted, EPA didn't put a gun to their head for **** sake people. I've owned both NA and forced induction vehicles, I don't see a huge problem with going with this setup but it's not for everyone. Would I rather have a V8? Hell ya! The 6.2 again? Nope! lack of aftermarket sucks.

I've looked at this thing all day ...,the front of it just doesn't seem to 'sit up' as aggressively as my 2014. It's like the front dips downward and draws in more narrow towards the front. We already know it's an inch less wide. I think it's lost some kickass stance for smoothness and aerodynamics.

In a round about way they do. All car companies have to abide by a strict MPG guideline which includes an average number from each car in the fleet. Now if they have a big nasty v8 in the fleet that gets 10mpg its pulling their average WAY down. These guidelines get more strict each and every year. The reason the ecoboost exists is because it needs to. If the EPA and government standards could be ignored the ecoboost wouldnt exist. By 2025 the fleet average for car makers is 54.5 mpg. Think about that for a second, 54.5mpg! Automakers cant afford to have a bunch of vehicles in the fleet running at 15mpg just because "MERICA v8 POWAAAAAAAAA". Sorry, it doesnt work like that.

Can someone post pics side by side with the current gen? I would but I'm drunk and that benefits no one but me.

Have you not even read the basic specs of the Ecoboost motors? The 3.5 in the 2015 navigator makes 460tq at 2750RPM the Raptor makes 434 at 4500RPM

Which is a significant improvement over what the 6.2 has down low.

I have one with 4:10 gears, it is horse, more power than my raptor and I can't imagine paired with a 10 speed.

Tweak the front grill. Can we make it maybe a little narrower. Less super duty.

I actually don't mind the tailgate as much as some but I'd also be ok to just bring back a blue oval. Maybe I like it because of the 'two tone' look. Breaks it up.
