Yes sir, the 800A for sure gets the 4.2" display panel in the gauges (Look at the BITD Raptor) And I know the 802A gets the larger full gauge display now common on the luxury 2015+ models. As far as 801A, look at the packages, if it makes mention of the larger display, then sweet. If not, it's only an 802A thing.
As far as headlights, again, 100% yes on the 802A, but for 800 and 801, take a look at the packages/trim list in the link. Should tell you.
800,801 and 802 all have 4.2" in front of steering wheel. 801 and 802 have 9" sync system in center console, 800 base model had a 4.2" instead of 9"
Gauge cluster screen on the 800A is different than the screen on the 801A and 802A. Everything else you said is right.
800A has two 4.2" screens. Gauge and center stack.
801A and 802A have larger "8" Productivity Screen" in the gauge cluster and the 9" Sync 3 system screen on the center stack.
