What sort of blocks? 2 x 4's? How long?

The blocks are to go under your jack so it's weight is spread out in the snow. Quick measurement between the base of your jack and the length of it. If it's not a high lift jack to get your wheels off the ground, then additional blocks either under your jack or on the jack lift head will help.

I've got a pro-eagle skid jack with extension, so it sounds like I'm good. I'm just not sure which pieces of my southwest gear works in the UP.

youll def have to knock the washers off and put them under the rings bracket at the least. I used the mopar rings and had to grind off a bit of the bolt head so it wasnt crushing the bracket. those look like they might work better.

These look the same as I have. 5/8 centre hole, and are wide enough to straddle a 2 inch receiver. Excellent place to pull from. I like it better than a smitty built step.

Trial fit. This is wood rack version 2.0. Works for snoball, not so much for Havoc, etc. price is right until I can find a rack or build one. I am happy with how it turned out.
