Thank you Maryland Speed (Borla S-Type)

First I would like to give a shout out to Maryland Speed, a vendor of FRF, for the good deal($824 shipped) during their October sale. Plus they gave me an additional $40 off when I called to order, thanks again John.

I ordered the Borla S-Type (Stinger) catback exhaust system for the 6.2 Raptor. I chose this system because it retains the factory resonator and I didn't want something that was crazy loud or created drone. I'm looking for a deeper tone at start-up with more volume during acceleration and I think this system will deliver in those areas. I ordered last Thursday, it shipped on Friday and is scheduled to be delivered this coming Thursday Nov. 6th. I plan to remove the factory exhaust Thursday morning while waiting for the UPS truck to get here then install the new exhaust asap. Pics and sound clips to follow.

Well here I sit waiting for the brown truck, stock exhaust is off, sounds mean as hell with just the resonator. Come on UPS bring it already.

I couldn't resist the urge to crank mine with just the resonator back when I installed my Maganflow kit. It does sound mean.

Update: Due to the late delivery by UPS and the super snug fit of the piping that goes to the stock resonator I did not complete the task. Then life grabbed me by the balls and pulled me away from this project to do family stuff. Looks like Saturday or Sunday before I can get time to complete this. Damn it!

Ok, I was able to complete the Borla installation. The fit and finish of this system is first rate. Here are a few pics of the installed system.

Any sound clips? Install looks great. I just noticed with your pics the muffler is dual in with a y and dual out. I always thought the **** was single in and dual out. Again great pics and hope you like it. Post some feedback about it

I made a sound clip but it isn't the best and I'm not sure how to post it so we'll see if this works. You will need to turn your volume up.

Daammm! I love borla S-type! I have it too and it screams. Paired with SW headers and put OEM resonator for drone control.. Sounds awesome man!!
