I purchased my first Raptor - 2017 802A fully loaded LB SCREW back in Feb of this year. Truck had 23k miles on it and had only been driven by one previous owner. Pretty good deal, I've wanted one for 10 years and finally had the opportunity to get one so I pounced. I had the truck for about 6 weeks and then realized rattling in the engine when I started it. I brought the truck into the shop in early April. Long story short, I haven't driven the truck since - completely rebuilt trans needed, twice cam phasers failed (they put new ones in and the replacements were faulty), stereo unit broken, rear window motor broken, brakes and rotors needing replacement, and then the shifter cable broken and the part needed on a 6 week backorder.
The Ford dealership offers to buy back the truck and offer me a new one at a discounted price, also taking my initial down payment and using that to pay the taxes on the new one. So I took the offer and purchased a 2019 VB 802A SCREW last week. Hoping this one is good!
