Tail gate step... Do u really use it??

Use mine all the time, I wasn't going to order it but I'm sure glad I did! As for the bed extender, I took mine out never use it and i takes up room in the bed.

I use it all the time. Especially when I load my motorcycle. It also comes in handy as a chair and a toilet seat

i dont really use my step at all, the few ive needed to get into the bed i just crawled in. now the extender i use quite a bit. not as an extender, but a compartment. hook them together, fold them back into the bed. after going grocery shopping, throw em all in the bed up against the extender, make my way home, and its all still in the same spot by the tailgate right where i put em! old truck id have to get into the bed to coral all my stuff. no more!!!!

the extender was nice too when i brought my old exhaust home from the shop, i doubt it would have fallen out its so damn heavy, but gave me piece of mind.


i would still get the step tho, when tailgating, set up some chairs in the bed, easy up and down for me and any guests, and get a better look at the "view".

I actually think the step rattles a lot when driving....I only hear when the windows are down. I do still use the step a lot though.

My GF is 5'3 so she needs it when doing a photo shoot lol. I just jump in as I forget it's there most of the time.

I bought my truck used. If I was going to get one new, I doubt I would have ordered it, seeing as I've had a truck since 1997 and I never had one. But, since I have one, I can honestly say it's awesome. Like Bird said, in/out with your hands full and I can just step up and in, or down and out, now worries. Been great for loading a ton of shit into the bed. My son uses it, my wife uses it, and I use it. Best 250 I never spent!
