Installed a Syneticusa SyneTrac-Pro today… quality seems decent for “Made in China”we’ll see how long it holds up. It’ll be nice accessing gear when I have the families bikes over the bed. On my F-150 in the background, I have a BakFlip Mx4 with Yakima tracks drilled into the bed sides, after 6 years the seals are starting to leak so I decided to go another route for the Raptor.

Mine is 4 years old and is still like brand new. I'm curious, where is it leaking, and are you getting replacements under warranty?
yeah they were both replaced under warranty (the first was just the cover the second was the entire set up)--their CS is good. First was a combo of leaking along the rails and the folding seals, the second was the seal. A friend of mine with a similarly aged f150 just had his replaced for the same problem and the replacement is way worse leak wise.

I haven't had any issues with my retrax. Been about 2 years now.

The minor thing I noticed about the Synetrac OP has is that it has locks/latches on both sides. That would annoy me to have to lock/latch both sides every time.

Right in the edges of the seals at the hinge. Since mine was 6 years old BakFlip offered me 50% off plus shipping. I didn’t want to drill into the bed caps again or use the track system that clamps in under the BakFlip. The sliding function is nice. Even my wife who isn’t too happy with the Raptor purchase likes the retractable tonneau.

Wow! I wonder if it's a difference in the climate? Mine looks like I bought it last month. I do garage my truck, I'm sure that helps.
