Just called Method about the same issue that you had and they said "Well you can order stainless bolts for $100. Just go through TMX to order them"

Umm yeah no!

Umm yeah no!

Contact them through Facebook. I got the same response when I first called them. They made it clear they were only going to replace them once, which was fine with me. Horrible winter this year, but they still look great @ stainless steel. I think they must know the Zinc ones don't hold up.

You wont be finding those length bolts anyplace local, they're only a few threads long... McMaster-Carr is down the road from me and not sure they even had what I wanted. Outside of Method, you need to talk to a bolt/fastener supplier.

10mm thread length and a standard washer works perfectly.

Ordered mine from McMaster with no issues
