maybe. you do have to take the nut off the back side of the rear lower arm mount to put the support brace in there, but if you are careful and mark the bolt location so you can make sure it doesnt move you wouldnt need to re-align it after.

We have not installed it with any other lower arms. we have a stock lower arm adapter kit for the factory cast lower arms and we know it works with our fabricated lower arm but not sure on any other brands. sorry.
