I posted these in another thread but might be helpful here for you OP. I went with the Pro v2 and love it.

Fit is perfect, install of the bumper was easy, the only challenge is with an aftermarket IC it’s a pain getting bolts through the skid plate and IC mounting bracket.

For daily use I actually only have the skid bolted at the front and back right now and it’s solid.

Debating on lights now but I love the open view of the IC and the ADD logo is barely noticeable.

Let me know if you have questions.

Nice! That came out good. Did you use the relocation bracket for the sensor? Shows off you’re reservoirs too.

BTW I still have an MGT 8.0 amongst several other things if you want to run LOL

I don't have the front sensor as mine is an 801a. I didn't want/need all the stuff in an 802a and I orded my truck so I was able to get exactly what I want, 801a, moon roof, torsen front, no stickers, no applique, and a bedliner. Im rarely on a highway or even roads with lines so lane keeping, adaptive cruise, etc would have been useless.

Love the MGT! I had an electric converted MGT with a castle 1717 for a while!

Ok gotcha, the 801A was certainly made for you man. The bumper upgrade looks fairly simple too. I would have to lose my bumper pods though :( Do have an S8 now however.

Those castle brushless setups rip! I love the crazy torque, noise and smoke of the 8.0. Heavy as hell but moves like nobody’s business.

What is everyone doing with the plastic shroud? After you pop the 3 pins holding it to the stock bumper, it is never mentioned again. I kinda tucked it up, but it already sagged down, I tucked it up again, but I feel like im missing something.

Edit: chatted with ADD. The shroud comes off and was left out of the instructions...

Looks like I need to pull the bumper back off....

no matter how you tuck it, it just sags down. So I just cut it off.

I have the ADD front and rear and they both fit great. Biggest headache I had was adding lights after the fact. The skid plate is a pain to take off and I couldn't find a way to do lights without either taking off the bumper or the skid plate.
