Surface rust removal on beadlock bolts

I read about this product recently and thought I would try it out, it worked flawlessly. It is a three step process, once you apply the product that removes the rust, I cleaned it with a diluted simple green, and then applied the T-9 as it is supposed to prevent any rest from reoccurring. So far, it works well time will tell if the T9 works as well as the rest removal did..

Welcome. I used a small nylon brush to get the surface rust off. I also let it sit for about 2 to 3 minutes.

I ran out of garage space and parked her outside while I was traveling for a month, during that month, we had rain almost every other day so it must’ve been just from sitting in the rain. I did have the car cover on, so mostly just the lower bolts

Thanks for the product recommendation. I was starting to wondering if my beadlock bolts were bad with the surface rust from a few snowstorms on the East Coast. Will give these two products a try shortly and see how they hold up to the salt baths from driving on winter roads.

I initially bought all new bolts to replace them and then did a little bit of research and a lot of good feedback with this product
