So it's been five months of me dealing with this shit.
Sorry for all the spam but it got Roush to cover my blow engine.
The valves and lifters we grinded down causing metal particles to go through my engine.
I have both parts list and work order forms for anyone that would like to see it.
Or call Najveen @Keywest Ford In New Westminster BC Canada or Denise @ Chilliwack Ford in Chilliwack BC Canada
or email me @ [email protected]

They are rebuilding my motor, new hubs and axles, new tranny OD spring.
Roush has a maximum warranty of $10,000 so make sure you think twice before you supercharge.
Ford will not cover any warranty with a Roush charger or any other aftermarket parts.
Trust me I spent days with Ford Canada about this.
I have all my paper work and invoices, and emails with my lawyer assuring all raptor owners that this is not a fabricated story.
Again I'm sorry about the spam but it worked.
I bought another car :( because my truck has been at chilliwack ford for 5 months now.
No Joke.

Please email if I can help or show you pictures and paper work.

AFAIK, these engines do not have lifters, secondly without knowing what year your truck is, my friend had valve, rocker arm and cam galling, with no supercharger on his 10.5. Ford had issues early on and it spread debris throughout his engine.

As far as your hubs, axles, and tranny go, these trucks are fine with the moderate power we are providing. People without superchargers are blowing front axles especially if they are on the top perch, are you? The latter problems you are facing sound like you drive your truck hard. Your whining in every post that mentions a supercharger makes you look like you are unwilling to pay to play? The more you build the truck, the harder you drive it the more you will break it. It gives you the chance to upgrade from my perspective.

BTW, my first mod after my supercharger was National springs. I know the added torque of my newly supercharged motor would twist the factory leaf springs and destroy u-joints. So rather than do that, and then blame ford or Roush for my right foot, I made the investment protection in a good set of springs.

Were you really just driving your supercharged raptor around town on an occasional off road trip or where you driving it like this...small raptor jump

My opinion is always look at the future of your truck and the build. If you are never going to go beyond a supercharger and maybe headers, then the roush will be fine, but the whipple will be better, not only due to efficiency, but also upgradability if you decide to build the engine, or you want more boost. A screw blower will generate less heat, which is the enemy of power. Being most of you are running lower (relatively) speed offroad driving you don't have the advantage of large amounts of air cooling off the intercooler. The downside here would be that after a couple of blips in the throttle, the IAT is through the roof with minimal airflow to bring it down. The larger, more efficient 2.9L whipple will heat up less in the first place as it will not need to be spun as hard to make the same boost, plus since it is more efficient it will generate less heat. WIN WIN for the offroader, and the street driver.

They are both great systems, but you will be more limited down the road by choosing the smaller 2.3 over the 2.9. We have been in talks about getting a shop Raptor (long overdue, I know) and you can bet on that hypothetical "to do" list is a Whipple.

Not sure what type of propaganda you're trying to spread but your methods are ineffective and frankly annoying. Just do everyone a favor and move along please.
Sorry about your truck but we all know there's more to the story and this is all part of an elaborate cover up.
