How long did others have to wait for their Supercharger Kits? I put my order in for a Gen 3, Stage 2 kit on April 10 and I am still waiting on parts. After reading so many posts on here raving about great JDM is and how happy they are with their products/services, I decided it would be best to go through them. Although they will not be doing the install, I still figured they would be my best choice. I knew it would take a couple of months to get the supercharger from Whipple, which it did, but I am still waiting the rest of the kit. I just figured most of the rest of the kit would be stocked items such as the injectors, plugs and the throttle body. They only other thing in the kit (I think) is the tuner.

Just curious what others wait times have been...

I have called twice a month... along with emails to a couple of different addresses several times. I did get a couple emails today with tracking info. With any luck, it will be my remaining parts. I sure hope it is anyways. Thus waiting game is wearing thin...

the whole reason you go through a business like this is so you dont have to painstakingly have to purchase each part separately over a period of time.
unless they fab something special for the kit in house, i would get my money back and build the "kit" yourself.

Wow you are in the exact same situation as me with JDM and I was getting ready to post about this. I called them on April 17th and placed an order with them. I ordered a Gen 3 whipple (JDM 700hp package), upgraded to a Ford Racing cobrajet throttle body, and 78lb/hr fuel injectors, along with a custom tune, kooks headers with green cats and full exhaust. I am going to be doing the install myself. On the phone they told me the long lead time item was the parts shipped from whipple which would be 5 weeks. In 5 weeks I received everything from whipple but nothing from them.

I called they said it was because the throttle body was on back order. A few weeks later I received the throttle body and spark plugs from them, but not the fuel injectors, tune, headers, cats, or exhaust from kooks. I've emailed with a couple people from there as well and called multiple times and they just keep saying they're working on it or they'll look into it, but as of now it's over 6 months since I've placed my order and still don't have all the parts.

I am pretty sure my remaining parts were just received at my work address. Unfortunately I am off work for a few days, but I will update this thread once I go through everything and make sure it's all there. Not sure if I will be doing the install myself or not tho. With winter on itselling way soon, i'd like to have it in and out of the shop just in case snow hits. The family wagon does absolutely no good if there's even a skiff of snow.

BSIMMS, hope yours ships next. Good Luck
