Hey guys,

I am holding out for a supercharger from Roush. I wanted to get their exhaust, but if the supercharger comes in a kit with exhaust, I dont want extra parts or to waste money.

Any tips on my upgrade path?

Right now I have the Henessey intake and chip.

My goal is to get 2nd gear to not bog when offroading in 4x4 up a sand hill. I was even thinking of getting bigger tires, which would make it bog more. 2nd gear is kinda useless when racing up a sand hill, so I have to stay in 1st and red line it, which makes me cringe. (air'ed down too)

Note to self----Do not buy a used Raptor from kawie95...:waytogo:

Check out the pin stripes:

I already bent the rear passenger side axle, cost $600 to get that fixed at the dealership. Bent it going 50mph on the whoops and ****'ing out and hitting the brakes, loading up the suspension, getting sideways, and hitting that right rear tire sideways pretty hard. Didnt notice it until I got back to the highway and heard a SQUEEK SQUEEK get faster and faster.

The Henessey intake bracket snapped too at a later date, but they replaced it for free, along with the damaged intake. Great folks, gotta go easy on that baby.

My thinking is abuse it while its young and new, not when its old and worn! If i'm gonna be hard on it, nows the time, not when it has 100k miles on it. I had it since Dec 2011 and have 9k miles on her already > : )

Well today's the day. Roush is officially taking pre-orders on our 6.2L TVS Supercharger kit. The final numbers came in at 525 hp, 535 lb-ft (a 114 hp and 101 lb-ft gain over stock). Here's the basic break down of what's included in the Roushcharger kit:

R2300 TVS Supercharger
High Efficiency Intercooler system with:
- Dual-Core low temp radiator
- Degas Bottle
- High Capacity Air-to-Water Intercooler
Twin 60mm Throttle Body and 100mm MAF Housing
High-flow Cold Air Induction system
Integrated Bypass Valve
47lb Injectors
Roush PCM Calibration
3/36 parts warranty and available 3/36 Powertrain warranty

Roush will be offering a High Output upgrade down the road, although final horsepower numbers are not available quite yet.

The calibrated 6.2L kits are expected to start shipping within four weeks, we will update when a firm date is available.

Thanks and feel free to contact us or your local dealer with questions or to pre-order a system for your truck.
