There is a little piece of rubber or plastic behind that window seal. The end of your window seal is propped up on that piece of plastic or at least that's what it looks like in that picture. I would assume that's why it's not sitting flush.

Yeah that piece don't help it to sit flush. But if it is installed properly with pressure from the clip it should stay flush like others I've seen.

So no dice on this issue. The dealer nor the auto body wants to touch it they said they will make it worse. Pretty bs. Guess I'll have to try and fix it myself.

I'd call FoMoCo and ask them to figure out how to fix it. I'd imagine they could easily have one of the Ford Engineers involved with the design work with the dealer to explain how to properly fix it.

I have my SCAB arriving in a couple weeks. I hope I don't have to deal with this BS.

The door engineers for the 13th gen trucks need to be slapped upside the head. All kinds of alignment issues, air leaks, freezing door locks and trim problems on 15+ trucks. You'd think they'd have improved things in the last year or so considering the Superduty gets the same cab as well.
