How do you beat a hamster? Asking for a friend.Beating them makes it worse. Same with any living thing. Dogs, kids, cats, hamsters. Behavioral training is demonstrated. You hit a kid, they hit others. Show them something else when you’re angry they do something else when they’re angry.

Nothing like taking the thread totally OT.Update: Ford Customer Care called, and they are covering all of the parts and labor except $100 (they're calling it a "deductible"). They have very much been on top of this the entire way, have kept me updated exactly when they promised, and I'll say - right now - I'm impressed.
A 100 dollar deductible for warranty work, wow I bet all makers wish they could do that.
Except they'e maintaining it isn't "warranty work". It's glass and "outside of warranty coverage", but I suspect they're doing it this way to help the customer and, at the same time, avoid admitting there is a serious problem with some of these pano roofs ("warranting" 94% of the repair). I'm very, very sure they are aware there is a recurring problem.
Whatever you say boomer now go back to taking your naps and watching "Designing Women"!
