Scott, I apologize if this has already been asked, but how do you keep the front seat backs rigid, especially on the top corners?

Hey guys, I've been away from the forum for a while, lots of time behind the sewing machine, between these covers and building other custom gear for the shooting community.
Thanks for the great comments, I really enjoy making gear that you and I can both be proud of.
To answer a few questions.
I'm really not sure how a MOlle panel with just straps would work out for the rear seats, I figure you guys will load these up, and I expect them to hold the load without slipping around. To hold the load properly with just straps, they would have to be really tight and that might dig into your nice leather seats.???
People have asked about covers for the front seats, at this point I really only want to make the 18" X 22" Molle panels for the back sides of those seats since I believe there are airbags in the seats that I don't want to hinder. The Molle panels are made with the same truck tarp backer, and use a heavy webbing top and bottom to make them ridged.
The visor Molle panel is made from two layers of cover fabric and is held in place by hook and loop.
I use two types of material, 1,000 D Cordura nylon, and 1680 Ballistic nylon, both have a water resistant backing finish. The Ballistic nylon has a coarser weave compared to the 1,000 D, both materials are very abrasion resistant and will be more than enough to handle the kind of abuse than most truck owners will give them. Neither material will stop a puncture, in that respect it is like leather or any other good material.
Get a hold of me through my website for pricing and availability.
Thanks, Scott

Any chance you could make a just "hook" molle kit that would adhere to the underside of the rear seats? Specifically driver's side 60 of the 60-40 rear seat? With all of the "hoop" under the seat I would thing a heavy-duty "hook" version of your molle would do just fine back there. Most of the time I have my seats raised anyhow--I would love to have a molle kit there I could rig for my needs without having a cover of the nice leather seat.

Let me know if thats something you would consider making, and pricing. Im really interested in that sort of option.

Id be interested in this option too. Would allow me to keep the leather seats viewable but have the Molle on the underside.

I got the whole package for the Raptor, and visors for the beater.
So far ive just put the visors on my 2000 F-250 cloth. Fits great.
Everything seems really high quality. Ill post pics of the Raptor when done.
