I remember back in my Evo days, you could actually remove the sticker. It was a pita and took some time, but looked great once done. I honestly don't pay much attention to them these days.

How long did it take? Tried this before and stretched the fabric way out.

Not long really, just have to peel slowly and press down the fabric close to the peel.

i get the visors wrapped in black alcantara along with the headliner eventually

I used these Sunvsior Solutions had them on my Gen 2 and now on my Gen 3, jet balck seems to match the factory visor material pretty well.
