NEW DEALER
don't waste anymore time there - speak to a new service center and gauge their attitude. I haven't had any work yet but I do need the fan noise done and know I need to find a new dealer just by the initial response when I was picking up my plates
I hope you have a few choices around you

So I pushed up and down on my rear bumper and this noise definitely comes from the back most likely the shocks. It might be normal and if so not the end of the world but I hope it’s actually an issue that can be fixed like a bad shock.

Agreed. Truck runs fine, but clunk is annoying and not typical of previous Raptor rides.

Same thing with mine. No fan tsb update and couldn't figure out noise. Also is the rear just the live valves making noise due to the truck being off and their not active?

If it was only when jumping on the bumper it wouldn’t be so bad. But the rattle is very obvious crossing the smallest bump or crack on a road for me. And seems to be gradually getting worse.

I took mine to an independent shop, this issue is out of their league. I will have an update in the next few days. we bought this truck FOR the suspension, not to feel worse than my 1991 Blazer.

The fan constantly running is a quick easy fix. The rear end noise is not Terrible on mine but definitely not something I want in my life if I don’t have to have it

Long shot here, and I'm coming from the Jeep world as my 22 isn't in production until "January" but we had a similar issue on JK's, and it turned out to be the intermittent steering shaft/column. All you had to do was put your hand on it and tug it up and down, and you would feel a slight clunk. Inside, you would feel it in the gas pedal and steering wheel. This would not explain why people are getting it in the rear shock area but figured I'd throw it out if someone wanted to check.
