2020 SCREW with 802 - issues with sync - gets stuck on a station or source and only way to clear is turn engine off and then on. Wtf???

Try a system reset. If that doesn't work, take it to the dealer.

Reboot
Hold down volume knob and advance (>>) button for a few seconds till screen goes blank. System will reboot.
This may fix the issue
