Stupid Things People Say About Raptors

Ehh mine around here is "you should lift your truck" my response is, "get in and Ill show you why I dont put a lift on my truck" I hit the management area trails at about 80+ through wash boards, long steady sweepers, hairpins, jumps into hard 90's and longs straights at 100+. Come to a stop and their knuckles are white, ask me if I was born with the last name "stig" and say "point proven, dont lift the raptor."

And is it just me or does it sound amazing coming out of a drift when it kicks down and throws dirt 3 miles back up the trail?

I get the stupid velociraptor all the time. Guy in a tundra rock crawler says to me. That has a 5.4 in it right and I say nope 6.2. How much power that come with it, I say 411hp He says I bet my tundra could take it in a race it's pushing 400 (which it's not, it's 381) I say let's do it in the dirt, He immediately backs down and says I can't do that. Doesn't that truck have fancy shocks on it. I say yup fox racing gives me 12 inches of suspension travel off road to which he replies mines got billstiens that are no joke. I just walked away

At Lowes today a woman starts asking about my truck. Then she says "my brother-in-law has a Raptor. His isn't this big it's a 700 and it is real fast." I just told her mine is a 6200cc. Her jaw dropped and I left it since she wasn't listening anyway.

Just had another 1 today. Putting stuff in my truck at a store. I turn around and this guy pops up from the front of my truck with a rag in hand. He had been wiping off my lightbars to see if they were led. He asks if they are all led and do they all light up? Really wanted to tell him to look real close and I would turn them on. My wife's better judgement allowed him to keep what few teeth he had left for touching the truck without asking and popping up like that anyway.
