Stuck seat belt

Rear seat belt is stuck. Only the shoulder portion. Anyone have any tricks to release it. Bottom portion crosses just fine.

Take it to the dealer. They carry way longer warranties than the truck itself. Like 8 years 80k or unlimited miles, something like that.
