We used a controller plus added some relays to use the factory LEDs already on the truck. Waiting for the front HID headlights to come in to do the front.

Hmmmm, which amber side marker? :birgits_tiredcoffee

By amber side marker I mean the one in the headlight, on the outside that is amber in color and a reflector, not the turn signal.

You wanted me to tint it black but if left amber you could put the strobe behind it. Just a thought.

I would highly recommend a reputable emergency lighting supplier - either Whelen or Sho Me. Ive tried a lot of the cheapo no name brands and am highly disappointed. Whelens are very bright. You can also get hideaway LEDS now that are just as bright as strobes.

That is EXACTLY why I went with Southwest. They focus on emergency vehicles in the Texas area, but also sell all their products online. In fact, they are local for me, so it was even more a bonus.

Im a road contractor, so I absolutely need these for work. I also got a stealth siren and PA controller for the lights since you need one anyway.

I have used them for hours at a time without issue. That are highly visible during the day too...

I lost my wig wags though because Ducati's HIDs are not compatible, but thats okay...I'll give up wig wag for being able to see at night.

Directions

Would anyone be willing to give details or should I say complete instructions and all parts needed to do this mod that rylee44 has posted? I would really like to utilize my factory LED lights for my emergency lights along with adding a few of my own LED lights. All of my lights required for a firefighter rig can be red, white and amber.
