Anti seize should never be used on spark plugs, you want that tight bond between the plug and head to insure good ground so the plug fires properly. I've ruined more fuller brushs and the like trying to clean stuff. Like others have said need to know if threads are damaged to plot coarse going foreward.

If the threads are damaged you can have an insert put in. Most ford dealers will have the tooling to do this (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/cav-38900/make/ford) the tritons had a problem spitting out plugs, same thread on the plugs. This can be done with the head on the truck.

I have to admit, my first thought on a repair like this where metal shavings could get into the cylinder would be "How much does the dealer charge to do it?" They probably have the right tooling to do it correctly.
