Pin locations where main harness plugs into computer change from year to year . Sounds like you got it working, just one more bug to figure out.

Your old engine would make a hell of a Sand Car/Rail engine.

The harness from the 2019 engine was making the vehicle throw 20 something codes the mechanic swap the harness is putting the 2017 harness onto the 2019 engine basically all the codes disappeared except for one the driver side waist gate is slow to respond. The symptoms for the stretch timing chain was the crank pulley was wobbling like crazy

Crank pulley wobbling? Sounds like a bad harmonic balancer.
Something doesn't sound right.

The symptoms for the stretch timing chain was the crank pulley was wobbling like crazy I wouldn’t exactly call him a tech and the reason I put in a new engine I felt to have a new timing chain and 105,000 miles on everything else I felt the new engine would be the better way to go. I kept the old engine I do plan on putting a new timing chain in it Possibly selling it or even building not sure exactly yet

A wobble in the crank pulley is not an indication of a stretched timing chain, or any timing related issue whatsoever. The only thing that can cause that is a worn crank pulley/damper. Stay far away that guy who “diagnosed” it, he cost you an engine instead of a simple crank pulley replacement.

A bad damper can effectively take down a motor in due time. Harmonics are baddddd. Only other issue’s to see wobbly crank pulley as I can imagine would be loose bolts or for some unimaginable reason the crank snout got fubared.
