Stock Sony system

I have a question. with the stock Sony system, If I change the balance to the rear only, I can hardly hear anything from the speakers.
the only add on was a kicker substage kit from Stage3motor ...
Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I'm with you in that. Last I heard, it wasn't. Might be what is causing some issues?
