Bummer, but not the end of the world I guess. You can still use the touchscreen right? Just something we might have to get used to. Unless your dealer accidentally ordered the "Handsfree Phone Button delete" by accident
Yup, just have to reach over and end the call on the screen. Like I said earlier though, that isn't really the issue. I wanted the button to mute the stereo as well. That I will miss.

LOL I honestly didn't think this would annoy me either, but it does. My 2018 XLT has the controls on the wheel but my new raptor doesn't... going to tell the wife not to call me while im driving and to stay out of my business devil woman!!
I know it is a stupid small issue, but irks me too. May just throw this Raptor in the trash and get a TRX. :D

This is how Ford does it compared to how every other manufacturer does it. Guess what Ford. 99% of the time if we are using CarPlay we will not be using your Navigation system. We will be using one of the many navigation apps out there that are updated much more frequently and are better than your system. You have a 12” screen with very little of it usable. Especially when you go into Navigation/Music mode in CarPlay. This is what happens when you let car companies try to design software.
Oh that's weird. I see what you mean. You can't edit that at all?

No, not at all for CarPlay or Android Auto.
Do we really need the entire screen that's basically just mirroring your phone screen? Just my personal opinion but I liked the extra tab on screen when I test drove a new F150. Gave me multiple options in that tab for things to also pull up. I can see where some people might not like it but maybe they'll push out an update later this year that lets you slide the tab all the back back. Seems like an easy fix

Honestly the bright white side tab is annoying. I changed Android Auto and the Sync 4 UI both to night mode (rather than auto) and it is a lot better in my opinion.
