Wheel has always been straight and at 12 o'clock. Have the Firestone lifetime alignment and they have been doing them since the first week I got my raptor in March. I've had them do 4 alignments and today counts 5.

I got ICON 3.0's installed less than a week ago by TMX and went to Raptorberfest. Had a 1400 mile drive and the wheel was straight before and after.

Went to Firestone today get an alignment. They said it was out of alignment and adjusted it. Figure it would since TMX told me to get an alignment when I get home. They got alignment within specs except they said they had no more room to adjust the right front camber and left it at -1.1.

I am driving down the road and my steering wheel looks like this:

I drive 5 miles and can't take it and turn around back to Firestone. They said they tried to fix it but they can't adjust it anymore and the manager said they don't know what to do to get the steering wheel straight unless they walk it, whatever that means. This is how they gave it to me, a little better but still wrong. They tried twice and took it for a test drive each time.

Help, what do I need to tell them or anything I can check? What is walking and should I have them do that? Never had this issue before.

That don't make sense, they should be able to take the measurements, center the steering wheel then adjust the toe accordingly.

What they said. Steering wheel center adjustment is done with the toe setting.
Center the wheel, lock it in place then set the toe.

Mine was off and it pulled substantially to the right when i picked up my new 2014. The next day they fixed the pull and straightened the steering wheel at one of the local Ford dealerships!

I agree with everyone and call ********. Mine was like that when I picked it up from dealership (new). They fixed it no problem.

Yeah, I guess I need to try another Firestone or just see if I can ask around who does a good job on alignments and pay for it regardless. Then contact Firestone corporate if they will pay for me going elsewhere.....

I never have my cars aligned at a firestone or any other chain shop. I usually take my cars to a specialty shop or race shop where they tend to have high end machines and are use to doing precise jobs. Yes, these shops charge more but they also do a better job. And they tend not to have ******** jobs that just bore their mechanics.
