Dealership telling me that leak - have exact same one
is AC Coolant leaking from Compressor... WTF?!?
It could be- there's oil in the A/C system. If your compressor has a freon leak, the oil will leak out with it. If it's that oily though, I'd think your AC would be nonfunctional by now.

Agreed -
AC works - Probably does have some minor leaks -
but the only thing i've seen from that is typical Condensate

and from the image not that oily but like you said - not that much freon in the system and that amount of oil out of a compressor would be ALOT.

Nope, sent the rack to a builder who took it apart and the only thing they could see to help was different guide rings. Other than that the rack is not great for upgrades or fixing. New rack is only option =(

What happens if I install a steering rack pinion from a SCREW (145" wheelbase) on a SCAB (133" wheelbase)?

Any experience with this?

SCREW racks are widely available and cheaper.

It’s fine, I’ve had a screw rack in a scab for years, it turns a little quicker, some might find it more twitchy at higher speeds.

This might be my only option. I've had two shops in two states look for the scab rack, even calling up to what they said were the "high up guys" at Ford. Nothing. No parts available. The second shop even sent me back a check for $971 which was the parts cost.

So now I'm asking around here and with friends or co-workers for where to find this part. Does anyone know where to find a new, reman, OEM, or otherwise decently reliable rack for a 133 wheelbase Raptor?
