Yea for sure Skubik, however, I'd hold their feet to the fire, and tell them NO WAY are you paying to ship another rad back on YOUR dime! Tell them you want ALL your money back and you're throwing that Mish in the trash. It's bad enough you've had to go through this, let alone the sweat of repeated R&R! Then you can decide if you'll have it welded up locally or buy a higher-end radiator. Ron Davis or Full Race are pricy, but cooling is such a critical piece, it may be worth it. For heavy off-roading we should have a rock deflecting screen behind our grilles.

I've had a huge custom radiator built by Wizard Cooling with twin brushless electric fans for my '68 Mustang, it's nothing less than incredible, and LESS than that Ron Davis. Great cooling tech design too. More than one way to skin a cat....

Good luck with that....been there tried that. I am so bitter about this I admit. But it's a ****** product, they obviously know it, they won't do anything about it and they keep selling it. Screw them.

My first one started leaking from the driver side end about six months after I bought it. I had to pay some ungodly amount to ship it back to them and then have them ship me a new one. Now the second one is leaking from the very same place.
Where exactly is the leak? At the weld bead on the side? Or at a fitting? I'm getting ready to install one I got on ebay (open box special), so I'll pressure test it on a bench first.
