Hey everyone, I have done some research but have questions. Just had the stage 2 icon leafs installed on my truck and there is way too much rake!

I am installing 3.0 Icon coilovers this weekend so this plus the settling of leafs should help the stance. Im worried the truck will look too lifted with this set up and I dont want to upgrade to 37s or bigger tires since this is my DD.

My options are a 1 or 2 inch lowering shackle, now heres the kicker, I did all the suspension work to haul a slide in camper which is why I went with stage 2 leafs. Any advice on the set up?

I have 37x12.5 KO2’s. I would argue the ride is possibly better than the 315’s. That said I had Ridge Grapplers on a past truck that did deteriorate the ride.

Honestly, not worried about the ride and I think they look way better with 37’s. Just want to keep the power and mpg pretty close to how it is since this is my every day car.

I don’t love having any rake but I’m ok with a little.

I think I need to mount the camper and see how much sag I get before getting a lowering shackle.

Right now I’m thinking either shackle or remove the extra leaf

The FP 37” KO2 in a C load is negligibly heavier than the stock 315. It does increase load by effectively lengthening the final drive ratio of the drivetrain. That said, I didn’t do any testing, but I noticed no seat of the pants difference in normal or higher throttle driving.

My Gen I, there was a very noticeable (negative) difference when moving from the stock 315’s to the 37x12.50 Nitto Ridge Grapplers (D). Truck definitely rode more harshly and lost a step.
