Squeaky Tailgate, How do u fix it?

Whats Up guys I have a 2011 screw and the tailgate is squeaking when I am driving. I roll the back window open and it is the most anoying thing ever. Has anyone repaired this issue and if so how did you guys do it?

I had the same problem. I just used a little lube such as WD40 and sprayed the latches and the post for the tailgate and also where the tailgate attaches to the bed. No more squeak
