How do you get rid of your squeaks and rattles in your Raptor while cruising offroad?

I have a 2020 Raptor Super Crew, loaded other than the blue seats. I would expect a 70k truck to ride pretty quiet, but mine recently has been pretty noisy. Like, bad enough the whole family rejoiced in unison Sunday when 4 hrs of dirt road ended and we were back on pavement. That seemed a ironic since I paid a grundle for a specialty "offroad designed" truck.

Squeaks sound like they are coming from weatherstrip rubbing on the door jamb or window maybe. Rattles are pretty minimal but probably body panels, not sure anything can be done about that. When I got home I emptied everything from the truck and coated all the weatherstrip with 303 Aerospace protectant - it helped a little but still aweful squeaky. Any tips?

I love the comfort and ride of the Raptor, but shoot - My tundra trd pro was half the cost and had no squeaks or rattles other than items i might have in my doors or under the seat. I need to get this fixed - My daughter was mad at me already for selling my TRD Pro, now she's rubbing it in!

What mods have you done besides the canopy? I always found my rattles were stuff in the console, door pockets or glovebox, she's quiet inside when that stuff is all empty. I know sound can travel and it's not always coming from where you think. You put foam under the canopy, right?

I had the same problem. Found the front passenger door was not closing as tightly as the other doors by 1/8 inch. I adjusted the latch on the door frame in about 1/8 inch and no more noise.

So far so good here, no noise, no rattles on pave road or off roading and still is after 43,000 miles. No cap, only ford’s trifold tonneau
cover and light bars installed.

@CoronaRaptor no mods other than a light bar mounted behind the grill, but noise seems to be coming from behind the drivers seat. @avalanchegrey I actually have the ARE Cap removed for the summer, so rattling not coming from that for sure. @Dan H i'll check the doors. Really sounds like it's coming from the doors to me, but I could be wrong.

Offroading is going to cause rattle eventually. Lots of high frequency vibration so there's really no way around it. "Offroad designed" does not mean it won't develop interior squeaks and rattles.

I think it's something you have to eventually accept. It's like squeaky leaf springs and other things. The rattles and squeaks bother me somewhat but so long as it's quiet on the road, I'm ok. I do what I can to quiet it on the trails but I don't think I'll ever get it to go away completely.

I have tons of squeaks from my CORSA exhaust in the rear. Not sure what to do about that because perhaps it gets too hot for any sort of rubber fitting.

@adllewis42, @letsgetthisdone I get what you're saying, I guess i was hoping someone had some pointers to make adjustments to reduce the rattle and squeak. In my opinion, a 70k truck that only has 10k miles on it so far should be better than this. I love the Raptor as far as ride comfort and a well thought out cab. What bothers me is that I put way more offroad miles on my $32k 2007 tundra sold it to my bro who has doubled the miles - Now its a 13 year old truck with 200k miles and it still hardly rattles or squeaks offroad. Heck, my 1986 Toyota Landcruiser is quieter than my raptor on a washboard road. So, i wonder if mine just isn't as tight as some other owners.

I think i have narrowed it down to my back doors causing the squeak. I'm hoping a little adjustment at the dealer might solve the problems. I love so many things about the truck. It'd be cool if some of the noise can be eliminated.
