Hey guys, I put the Spyder LED lights that I have had on 2 raptors before this on my new 2014. Now I'm getting intermittent hyper flash issues. I've had these on a 2012 and 2013 and never had a problem. If just one of the tail lights was doing it I would blame it on a resistor failure but theres almost no chance that both resistors failed at the exact time I put them in my new truck. The are both testing at right around 7 ohms which I believe is right. Did something change with the 2014 electrical system? Is the computer more sensitive to resistance now?
Anyways, I don't know what to do. I hate halogen tail lights now that I've had the LEDs. It blows ass that these $60k trucks don't come with LED tail lights to begin with. Hopefully one of you electrically inclined guys can give me some advice. I thought about wiring factory bulbs in-line and sticking them up under the body somewhere. Lots of potential issues with that idea I think.
Thanks in advance.
