Springs for Towing

Thanks for the info and pictures. I have an 11" drop on my current hitch, but I think that may be a bit too much for the Raptor. What amount of drop are people currently running?

2-4" should work. You won't need much with stock springs. When it sags you'll have a plow. I think mine is 2 or 2.5." hard to tell because I made it myself...

WSI springs are very reasonable if you can swing it I just get them if not stock will work. have fun

You have hardly any tongue weight on it those pics though Wilson. Move that bobcat forward 12" and you'll be on the bumps.

Yes it would and a good point if you do a lot of towing and even if you can get the load senterd your still stressing out the om springs getting it to the right spot, that is why the WSI springs would be worth it.

That hitch will move up and down, and can be flipped.

I realize it can be moved. Some of our techs have them. Just curious what range of drop people are using.

Any one at work have a new F150 about the same, really it depends on what your pulling.

2" drop is what I have mine set at.
