GEN 2 Spring cleaning...

I don’t post much, but thought my truck looked good after a quick spring cleaning... I used some spray ceramic called Hydrosilex, and it is really unbelievable.

After a few minutes of application, the paint is so smooth and slick.

I do feel compelled to bust your chops for polishing the tires. I do realize fully that your truck will outshine mine at Starbucks but I can live with that.

Yep... I don’t live anywhere close to take it offroad. Would love to do some Baja trips I’ve seen posted here. For my east coast off-road, I use my RZR.

Does the RZR fit in the bed of your raptor? Or how do you haul it?

Looks great. Personally, I always shine up the tires and everything after an off-road trip. Too me, it’s kind of fun having folks think the Raptor is a Road Queen ... partially because I don’t care what others think, but mainly because I like having my vehicles clean.

Does the RZR fit in the bed of your raptor? Or how do you haul it?

It might stock, but my wheel offsets are a little wider now, and I have bumpers on it.

I pull it on an aluminum trailer.

Not only this, but it makes it easier to clean after the next excursion. That said, I often end up neglecting the engine bay and tires/wheels because I run out of time.

Yeah, I’ve neglected my engine too. Just not as pretty to look at as the RS5 motor.
