I'm not saying the Bedrug does scratch the paint. But I'm sure the paint will show some signs of stress over time depending on how the Bedrug is used.

Never mind. It was just an example of how the Bedrug saves the bed from wear and tear and if one was to remove the Bedrug one could always Line-X it. :thumbsup:

Line-X is the only choice if you want serious protection. I am very impressed with mine. I keep a Ford bed mat in most of the time, but when I haul nasty stuff like rocks, bricks, dirt, gravel, etc. The bed mat comes out and Line-X is always up to the task. I don't baby the bed, I USE it. Line-X rocks (pun intended).

I got a black spray in liner that comes over the sides, but its a work truck with an odd assortment of dents and scratches scattered about
