Amazing pics John. I did have plans on moving to either southern Utah or outside of Phoenix in the next year or so. From what a few buddies that live out there tell me it's getting ruined more every month, and southern Utah has gotten very expensive for no good reason.

Northern Nv is the only “Safe Space” left in NV.
The communists have infected Southern UT too Sadly. Driven the Housing Market beyond the reach of the working man
I can see if there’s anything available near me in KS.

The desert areas outside Phoenix is where I was going to get a house, but that whole region got crazy expensive some years back when the hedge funds bought most of the homes available in that area. That's what got me looking into southern Utah, now that's all jacked up too. I'll just stay here before I spend stupid money on a house.
