GEN 1 Spark Plug Wire Loom Holder OEM

For those Gen1 owners that have changed their Spark Plug Wires.
Have you noticed that the OEM Motorcraft wires come with the plastic black zip tie that ties it down to the valve cover?

When you install the Aftermarket wires they don't have that such special zip tie and you resort to using a regular zip tie?
Look no further....I found these Zip ties that look like the same ones ....found on the OEM Motorcraft wires. I haven't tried them yet but will soon. Here are the links......

Before going to sleep. I ran a search on Amazon for
Tree Nylon Push Mount Cable Zip Tie

Alot more popped up.
I will sit down today and figure out which one I am going to order from Amazon

So I went to the Ford Dealer to see if it was a part I can order. The OEM sparkplug wire has those special zip ties

AC Delco and a few other brands come with the tree mount already attached. That's the direction I went.

Little off subject,but how do you like the Granetelli wires...seeing they are triple the cost of some other brands.Been thinking about them,but hard to pull the trigger on a $300 set of wires....Only took a week to decide to buy my Gen 1,but those damn $300 wires got me....

Hard to imagine the $300 set of wires is 3 times better than the $96 motorcraft wires.

There is alot of reviews on the Granatelli.
I figured why not and got them
