That's what I was thinking, he totally should have cooked it. We've also used these sticks for hanging Christmas lights and two sticks for cooking garlic bread over a fire.... They are very versatile
The story behind the "Sunny stick".... Joe's great uncle Sunny had made 5 ft cooking sticks out of stainless steal and they stayed up at great grandpaps farm for family to use at picnics. He has since had a severe stroke and has been less than half the man he was, its very sad.
But we've always loved the sticks and would always say ...man, I wish we had a set of those! So when we met WSI we immediately thought that we should have him fab up some cooking sticks like the ones Sunny made. He made the first set and we loved them so much that we ordered more.
It was Jimmy's idea to give them to each truck at SDBR, and it fit perfectly with the personality of the trip
If anyone wants more if those bad boys contact Jimmy... He will sell them to you, all we ask is that people think of them as Sunny sticks in honor of Uncle Sunny... The uncle Sunny that was the big strapping farm man...I'm so happy I got the opportunity to see him like that.
