As far as I know, no one has ridden in a truck with the new shocks. They could be a marketing gimmick. As you know, I ordered one hoping they are better, but that remains to be seen. I think saying “In theory they should be better” would be more accurate.

How much better definitely remains to be seen, but if the real world lives up to even half of the hype, I think they'll be worth it. I certainly don't think they'll be worse.

That being said, I didn't order a '19 because of the shocks... They just happened to come with it. I ordered a '19 because the timing worked out with my lease expiration. I wasn't thrilled about the ~$5,000 price increase, but given the truck was already going to cost just north of $70,000, I wasn't too upset about it either since I largely view the new features as enough justification for the price.

Speaking of new features, the one I'm most excited for is the stop and go cruise. This will be my DD, and most of those miles are on the expressway in rush hour traffic. If the CC works as billed, that's a huge perk for me.

If you want a Raptor now, get an '18. If you want to wait for a '19, if you order now you're likely looking at a late December/early January delivery. Dealers will do MSRP on '19s, at least I know they do in Michigan.

For a fully loaded '19, expect to pay ~$5,000 more than an '18 if both are at MSRP. This is due to the increase in price for the '19s associated with the new shocks, recaro seats/accent package, new technology (stop/go), and new BL wheels, as well as increased prices for the moonroof, bed liner, etc.
Wtf? Stop and go is a feature in 2018 raptor? Am I crazy or did you say something wrong?

Just purchased a brand new ‘18 this week from a dealer in Louisburg, KS (35 min south of KC) for $2,100 under MSRP. Only place in the region under sticker. Some dealers in KC are still $11,000 over for an ‘18! Dealer had it in transport, not even on the lot yet. It should arrive in the next 10 days. I feel like a little kid waiting for Santa to come!

No...? The 2018s have adaptive cruise control and collision warning (if configured appropriately), but they do not have the ability to bring the vehicle to a full stop when driving with ACC enabled. The 2019s have this feature.

I don't think I inferred anywhere that the 2018 Raptors can be configured with stop and go. You might want to re-read my post.

I'm pretty sure the 2018's with adaptive cruise have ACC stop and go, it isn't new for 19. 2017 with adaptive cruise didn't have it though.

2018 most definitely doesn't have stop-and-go. Several guys on this forum that were convinced their 2018 came with it nearly crashed their truck trying to film this feature.
