Some pics of my new, blue, screw, all cleaned up!

Washed the truck for the 1st time last weekend, and man what a friggin TANK this thing is lol. Luckily it's still not as bad as my HD trucks were. They were black so even more tempermental than blue metallic, and the hood and hard tonneau was a lot of paint surface area that is now replaced by a hood graphic and a bakflip f1. Much easier to take care of! Oh and the whole front end being clear-bra, that's cake to take care of now as well.

Got a coat of Meguiars Ultimate Quick Wax on it, once it warms up enough I'll tackle it with the buffer and Meguiars Ultimate Wax. This blue really pops in the sunlight!

So many gizmos in 1 little area! aux switches, hill descent control, off road mode, select shift 6 speed trans, and tow/haul mode, I love it!

doesn't show too well in photographs, but the silver trim being brushed aluminum is a really nice touch!

Good thing I don't need to buy densos for it like my HD truck since there's 16 plugs $$$ LOL

Now that I got cleaned up pics, I need to get it dirty and get some dirty pics!

Great pics! Truck looks amazing. The clear bra, is that the film you put on to prevent chips? What brand did you have put on?

Yep, it holds up great. We had it put on our 2011 5.0 right after we got it, and now a year & a half later and almost 19k miles and it still looks brand new, not a single rock chip. She's already gone through 1 windshield from taking on rocks, but not a chip on the bumper or headlights!

Had the same stuff put on the Raptor with 170 miles on the clock.

This is not something you want to DIY. It takes a LOT of skill as it's not just applying a flat decal. The material comes in flat sheets, laser cut for the vehicle shape, but it actually gets stretched and formed on the panels to conform to the compound curves. It took about 4-5 hours for Reno to install it on the Raptor.

i do like the blue alot too, but its still no Molten Orange
and clean them finger prints off your screen!!!!

yep, no orange, it actually has classy blue interior accents rather than orange blobs lol j/k, it's no fun unless we have a little color-wars going on

I do have a little bottle of screen cleaner and a small MF I've been meaning to toss into the truck. The touch screen drives me nuts. I wish it just had a little joystick toggle thing on top of the shifter handle.

Nothing. I wash the rears when I was the truck, the fronts I haven't touched since I haven't crawled underneath it yet.

Now I wish I had gotten a blue one, Its beautiful !

I was a little nervous about the color at first, but ZERO regrets after seeing it up close & in person!
